Returning an item

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions.

How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through your My Account>Returns page, you must be registered to access My Account. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team.

Important things to note

  • When returning a product please state the RMA number on the returns label or on your delivery note
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
